Dinesh Sanghvi is a happily married man. On the lookout for a job| he finds one with Sheth Krishnakant. Impressed by his diligence and honesty Krishnakant relies and trusts Dinesh. When Sheth Krishnakant is murdered| Dinesh finds that he is enmeshed in a deadly web of deceit and treachery. He finds that he can and the same time he cannot unravel this web.
