The big 100 was reached sometime this September according to Netscraft, an internet monitoring company. Compare that to roughly 18,000 in August of 1995. Obviously the ability to create sites easily and make money from the web has an enormous impact on the growth. Only half of those are actually active sites. I could go on and on about the reasons why but we all get it. After all, this is our world !!!
